• Admission is arranged for cadets in the best schools of Chandigarh/Mohali having the best experienced and outstanding teachers.
• Study material, stationery and other requirements of students are required to be arranged by parents in advance else these will be provided by academy on payment basis. Parents need to arrange two sets of school uniforms for students, each for summer and winter seasons.
• CHANDIGARH DEFENCE ACADEMY makes sure to prioritize the completion of NCERT syllabus as early as possible with revision so that maximum concepts and doubts are cleared of the students in Physics/Chemistry/Maths which are the subjects that need a lot of practice. Teachers guide them thoroughly by practical’s for quick and better learning.
• After completion of NCERT study material CHANDIGARH DEFENCE ACADEMY, further guides students for Mathematics, General Ability Tests i.e. English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Civics, Geography, Economics alongwith Current Affairs.

Course is specifically designed for those students who are enrolling immediately after Class-10th Board examination. During the first academic session - NCERT syllabus of Class-11th and NDA+ JEE (Main) will be covered. Faculties/teachers ensure to cover NCERT syllabus along with Text Book coverage of Physics, Chemistry and Maths & Special Lectures for English in class XI. It helps in better understanding, and early foundation building of students. Early start helps in improving their analytical thinking, confidence building, having good understanding with conceptual knowledge to face competition. On Initial stage, the course focuses on fundamental study as the students are not exposed to the syllabus and pattern of NDA +JEE (Main).
• (During class +1) Initially academic session covers NCERT syllabus of Class-11th and NDA+JEE (Main) will be taught by teachers. Accordingly syllabus is scheduled to be finished by mid of January.
• February month is utilized in dealing with various academic examination problems like Multiple Choice, Short Subjective, Long Subjective, Match the Column, Comprehension, Assertion and Reason, True and False, Fill in the Blanks and Miscellaneous question and others.
• During March holidays / vacation is announced for students for around 35-45 days. They utilize this break to appear in the final exams in their respective schools as the annual examinations are conducted by schools.
• Strong foundation building of basic concepts of respective subjects like Physics | Chemistry | Maths | Biology.
• Main focus of our course is conceptual understanding and improvement in the performance of the students.
• Help is rendered in developing problem solving skills, control and improve temperament of individual.

• Regular test series and mock tests are conducted which turns out to be very helpful in maintaining level of NDA +JEE (Main) preparation even after completion of course.
• Second Year i.e. 12th class: During the Second academic session, initially the focus is centered on entire syllabus of NCERT and NDA+ JEE (Main Advance) coverage in class. Also syllabus of 11th will be considered as it’s assumed that student joining this course is fresh and not familiar with the syllabus of class 11th. After completion of syllabus, students will be relieved from the institute to entirely focus on completion of their Class 12th-Board Examinations till the third week of March. Meanwhile, Academy keeps conducting various tests like, Open Tests, Major Tests, JEE (Main Advance) Preparatory Tests for the revision of the syllabus.
